“The Way It Is” is a well-presented example of the Pardo 50, offered for sale by her original owner and showing low engine hours.

The design combines Pardo’s contemporary Italian styling with a practical walkaround deck layout and generous outdoor living space.

Wide side decks lead forward to a large bow seating and sunbathing area, while the cockpit provides a sheltered dining and social space beneath the T-top, with an additional sunpad aft above the bathing platform.

Powered by twin Volvo IPS 800 engines, the yacht offers efficient cruising and straightforward handling with joystick control.

This example is equipped with a number of useful options including a Seakeeper stabiliser, radar and an Agilis tender.

The yacht is currently located in Mallorca, and a berth may be available by separate negotiation.

The interior layout provides accommodation for up to four guests in two cabins.

Forward is the owner’s cabin with a double berth, storage and good headroom. A guest cabin with twin berths is located amidships.

The yacht is fitted with two bathrooms, including a separate shower in the main bathroom.

In addition, this example includes a separate skipper’s cabin, giving a 2+1 cabin configuration with three toilets in total.

The interior is finished in light oak joinery with a simple, contemporary style, creating a bright and practical space suitable for overnight stays or extended weekends on board.
