Richard Tilley

Richard began his career with a summer position at Sunseeker in Mallorca in 2001. His exceptional performance that season, coupled with his lifelong passion for boating and Yachtmaster certification, led to a permanent role at the company’s London office, where he managed the warranty and after-sales department. In this role, Richard played a pivotal part in enhancing client relationships by overseeing warranty requests, boat handovers, and delivering expert tuition. In 2008, Richard took on the challenge of managing Sunseeker Greece, where he successfully oversaw operations across the Greek territories and drove significant sales growth. His accomplishments in Greece set the stage for his promotion to Sales Director for Sunseeker Spain in 2012. In this capacity, Richard expanded the company’s sales network and continued to foster his passion for boating across Mallorca and Spain. Richard’s dedication to the industry and his passion for yachts have been central to his successful career across multiple regions.
