About Charlo
Charlo was introduced to boating in 2009 when the group he managed was appointed dealer for Sunseeker in Northern Africa. Charlo is a professional accountant and a Master in Financial Services. He started his career with RSM International and then moved to BKR and KPMG. During the first 10 years of his career Charlo was engaged in audits, accountancy and then specialised in international taxation. He then decided to take up a CEO post with a multi-disciplinary group of companies and he held this post for 12 years.
In 2011, the group he represented purchased Sunseeker Malta to consolidate its yachting position in the Mediterranean and gave Charlo the opportunity to spearhead the Yachting Division and was appointed as Group Managing Director.
In 2017, Charlo became the owner of Sunseeker Malta and the subsidiaries that were owned by the yachting group that today is known as Yachthub Group. To support the successful sales activity of the group, a very strong after sales operation was established that covers most aspects of after sales inhouse through a team of 25 indivudals within the service division. Few months ago, the service division has successfully been appointed as an official Volvo Penta Service Centre.
Charlo is today primarily focused on developing the group's diverse business and is heading the Sales Division of the Group.
